D.C. Police are seeking public assistance in locating critically missing person, 11-year-old Clarence Lynch, last seen on Friday, Aug. 30 at approximately 4 p.m. in the 300 block of 51st Street, Northeast.

Lynch is described as a black male with a dark complexion, approximately 4’8″ to 4’10″ tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
