Huntsville police are asking the public for help in locating a woman they say has been missing since Friday.
Police said Thelma Brown, 49, was last seen on Friday, Sept. 13. She is about 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair, police said.
Brown’s family says she has a history of depression and leaving without saying where she is going and when she will return, police said.

According to police, Brown’s family said they last saw her near the library at the Mason Court housing area.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brown is asked to call Huntsville Police at 256-722-7100.
