A man who police say was involved in a hit and run that killed a pedestrian in Boyle County in June has been indicted in the case.
Tyler Williams, 22, of Danville allegedly hit Anne Duncan of Michigan on June 29 as she walked along Gose Pike. Police identified Williams through investigation as a suspect three days later.

Williams’ bond was set at $5,000 but he had not been arrested as of Friday.
Williams is charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid with death or serious injury and tampering with evidence.
