Wrongful Death Evidence Mounting in Triple Murder Case

The evidence continues mounting against the southern Kentucky pastor accused of gunning down three people at a Boyle County business last month.

The Advocate Messenger reports that a shell casing fired from the gun used to kill Michael and Angela Hockensmith, along with their client, Daniel Smith, was found at the pawn shop owned by Kenneth Allen Keith. The murders happened at ABC Gold, Games, and More in Danville on September 20th.

Detectives said they believed a 22-caliber pistol with a homemade silencer was used in the crime. No word on if the murder weapon had been found.

Investigators are also looking to link Keith to the scene using DNA evidence.
