A juvenile has been reported missing in Ottumwa.
At about noon Saturday, the Ottumwa Police Department received a report of a missing 14-year-old female. Based on the initial investigation, no foul play is suspected in the circumstances surrounding the missing person. At this time, the Ottumwa Police Department is treating the incident as a juvenile runaway.

The juvenile has been identified as Raven Lynn Robertson. Robertson is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighing 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. Robertson was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red plaid hooded jacket, black boots and rectangular framed glasses.
