A missing person alert was issued Sunday night for a 74-year-old man from Red Oak who has cognitive impairments.
Red Oak police are looking for Robert Raymond Gibson. He is described as a 74-year-old black male who is 5’7″ and weighs 168 pounds. He has grey/black hair and brown eyes.

Police say Gibson was last seen on Nov. 1 in Red Oak. He was driving a white, 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer with the Texas license plate BH7G899.
The Texas Silver Alert Network issued a missing senior alert Sunday night. Police ask anyone with information to call 972-617-7632.
