Police believe a body found last week in El Dorado is that of a man who had been missing for about a month.
On Thanksgiving, a passerby found the body of a man on the south edge of El Dorado near a river.

Police believe the body is that of 43-year-old Gary Fields, who went missing early last month. Fields’ family reported him missing on November 2, concerned because he had medical conditions that required treatment.
They’re waiting on final test results to verify his identity and cause of death.
