Police are still looking for a man who went missing before Thanksgiving.
Joseph Hartsoe, 22, has been missing since Nov. 25. He was last seen in Collinsville, wearing a gray T-shirt, dark blue jacket and dark gray coat.
Hartsoe has a history of substance abuse and police consider him an endangered missing person.
