A Centerville man has been reported missing after family has been unable to make contact with him since Dec. 26.
Shannon Michael Naill, 40, of Centerville, was reported missing to the Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office. A press release issued Wednesday afternoon says Naill was traveling from Ohio to New Mexico to deliver a service truck to a job site somewhere in New Mexico.

The press release states that it is believed Naill left Ohio on or about Dec. 26. Family last had telephone contact with Naill in the afternoon of Dec. 26. Naill, according to the press release, was expected to return to the State of Iowa to see family during the weekend of Dec. 28.
An investigation revealed that Naill’s cell phone was last active in Pueblo, Colo.
Naill is described as a 40-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5’10” tall and weights 250 pounds. He has a beard and mustache as well as a tattoo of a skull and top hat on his right arm.
