On 02/14/1988 the unidentified human remains of a white female were discovered in an industrial area in Mount Vernon, New York. The victim had ligature and binding marks on her wrists, ankles, and neck.

On 08/03/1981 the unidentified human remains of a black male were discovered on the northbound side of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Greenbelt, Maryland. The victim was wrapped in a blue blanket, and next to him was a canvas medical straight jacket with an unknown medical insignia and the letters “U.S.” The man also had poor and decaying teeth.
