The LVMPD Homicide Section has taken over the investigation into the disappearance of 45-year-old Irma Mkrtchyan.
Mkrtchyan was last seen Jan. 19 in the area of West Desert Inn Road and South Durango Drive.
Metro investigators have interviewed numerous people in connection with Mkrtchyan’s disappearance. As the case has evolved, facts and circumstances indicate Mkrtchyan may have been the victim of foul play.

Mkrtchyan is described as a white female, standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 120 pounds.
