Missing Person David S Hawkins of Lake Havasu City, AZ

The Lake Havasu City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a local missing man.

David S. Hawkins, 48, was last heard from on March 22, at about 6:45 a.m. after he had spoken to a family member while he was believed to be at his residence in the 1700 block of Avalon Avenue.

Family members reported him missing on Monday. He is described as a white, 6’ 2”, 205 lbs., brown hair, and brown eyes.

The family reports Hawkins has some health issues. He reported to a family member on March 22 that he had apparently fallen inside his home, hit his head, and was temporarily unconscious. David does not have a car and is believed to have walked away or was picked up by someone.

Officers of the Lake Havasu City Police Department as well as family members have checked Hawkins’ residence, local hospitals, jail facilities, and shuttle companies that Hawkins frequently uses, and have not been able to locate him.
