Town of Poughkeepsie police have located a man with developmental disabilities who went missing earlier today, they announced via news release.

Paul H. Bingham, 52, had last been seen in the area of Route 9 and Anthony Drive in the Town of Poughkeepsie, near Mazda of Poughkeepsie car dealership, at 1:30 p.m. today, Sunday.
