Tulsa police arrested a person of interest in an Amber Alert that was issued Sunday night. The missing girl was found alive in Sapulpa.
Police said Monserrat Aguirre was taken from a playground around 7:20 p.m. Police took Michael D. Slatton in custody early Monday morning, according to a news release from Tulsa Police.

The Amber Alert was canceled just after 3 a.m.
Aguirre was playing on swing set outside an apartment in the 3000 block of South 101st East Avenue when a small white car pulled up and a male got out, grabbed the victim, put her in his car and drove off heading west on east 31st St., police said.
Monserrat has black hair, brown eyes, weighs 85 pounds and was last seen wearing a white skirt with ruffles and a pink shirt, officers said.
