The four people arrested and charged with murder following a deadly home invasion in Knox County earlier this month, have entered not guilty pleas in their arraignment Monday morning.
Patrick Baker, Christopher Wagner, Elijah Messer and Angela Mills are all charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of man that started as a home invasion.

According to Kentucky State Police, two men pretending to be law enforcement broke down the door of Donald Mills’ homer on Salt Gum Hollow Road, shooting and killing the 29-year-old during the struggle.
Mills’ wife took him to the hospital where he died.
Baker and Wagner were arrested Friday. The next day, Messer and Angela Mills were also charged.
Family members say Angela Mills is the victim’s cousin – she married into the family.
The victim’s sister, Melinda Smith, says she just wants justice.
“To be honest with you, I wanted to get ahold of them and just choke them. There’s gonna be no justice for this, but for them to spend the rest of their lives in jail or go to the electric chair. That’s the only justice we could see, because we can’t bring him back,” Smith said. “I will be there at every court date to make sure they get their justice for what they’ve done to him.”
All four suspects denied an interview from the Knox County jail.
