Lexington Police say Caldwell may suffer a mental illness and could be a threat to himself and aggressive toward others.

Images of Caldwell were captured in surveillance cameras of a Dairy Queen in London shortly before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, just a couple hours after he went missing.

Caldwell is believed to be driving a charcoal gray 2013 Toyota Corolla with a “Friends of Coal” license plate.

Police are usually sensitive about disclosing information about someone’s mental state or their health issues, but because of all of the uncertainty surrounding Caldwell, they knew public safety had to be their number one priority.

Caldwell has no criminal history in Lexington. Police say he has family in London and Corbin.

If you see of believe you have seen Caldwell, you are asked to call police immediately.
