Officers have been trying to find the 36-year-old after they say he made very specific threats to a woman and three local businesses. As a result, two warrants have been issued for Caldwell – for stalking and terroristic threatening.
Police say Caldwell may have a mental illness, and if seen is not to be approached. If you have any information, you are asked to call police.
He is believed to be driving a charcoal gray 2013 Toyota Corolla with a “Friends of Coal” license plate.
Caldwell has no criminal history in Lexington. Police say he has family in London and Corbin.
