Police in Richmond want to track down a man who they said tried to cash savings bonds belonging to a dead person.
It happened May 9 at the U.S. Bank on Main Street.
Investigators said the man was caught on camera trying to cash $600 worth of bonds.

He left in a black Nissan Altima.
