West Virginia authorities are looking for a man missing from the Mountain State who they believe is along the Grand Strand.
Robert Pettit, 54, of Barboursville, W.Va., has been missing from Barboursville, since June 30, according to the Barboursville Police Department.
Pettit is 5-4, 180 with a dark beard and dark hair. He drives a 2001 dark blue Chevy S-10 pick up truck, W.Va. plate #8MR266.

Det. Greg Lucas with Barboursville police said Pettit was spotted July 7 at the Rite Aid at 788 Inlet Square Drive in Murrells Inlet.
“We think he may still be somewhere in this area,” Lucas said.
Pettit is listed in NCIC as a missing person and may be confused and suffering from dementia, Lucas added.
