One of the men accused of producing child pornography in Fulton County has admitted to child sexual abuse.
Richard Hastings, 19, pleaded guilty to sex abuse charges on October 2, according to court officials.
Hastings, along with his older brother, Richard Hastings, is accused of making and distributing a pornographic video involving a young girl. They were arrested in August 2013.

The brothers were indicted by a Grand Jury on federal charges.
Authorities say Richard Hastings made sexually explicit images involving a young victim and posted them online. He was caught when he emailed them to an undercover investigator in Australia.
Robert is also facing charges of receipt of child pornography.
The brothers are both expected to appear again in federal court this December
