The Pueblo Police Department says they are looking for 31-year-old Joel J. Brown.
Brown was last seen leaving his home on December 31 at around 2:41 p.m. He left the residence – located in the 2200 block of E 10th Street – in a City Cab. Then, he went to a Loaf N Jug and liquor store. Police say he was dropped off at the Primetime Sports Emporium.

Police describe Brown as 5’05″tall and around 130 to 140 pounds. He has tattoos on his forearms and chest. Brown was last seen wearing a black and gray sweater, black jacket, blue jeans and black “DC” tennis shoes. Police say he was United States Navy veteran and suffers from PTSD.
