Missing Person 16 Year Old Robertsdale, AL Teen

Officials with the Robertsdale Police Department are seeking the public’s help to find a local teenager who has been missing since just before Thanksgiving.

According to information received by the department, 16-year-old Shelton Armstrong left his residence in Robertsdale Nov. 25, 2014.

“We have received several leads in the case, but so far nothing has panned out,” said Sgt. Rex Bishop, RPD chief investigator. “So far we have not received any information that indicates there is foul play involved and we are still treating the case as a runaway.”

Police continuing to follow leads in the local area and some outside the local area, Bishop said. It is believed that Armstrong may be in the company of a juvenile female.

“We still have the information posted on the national database and will continue to follow up on any leads,” Bishop said.

Armstrong is described as a white male, 6-foot-1, 220 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information in the case is encouraged to call the Robertsdale Police Department at 251-947-2222, Bishop said, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST).
