The Lexington murder suspect who surrendered at LEX 18’s studios has been convicted of the charges he faced.
Brandon Bailey was accused of shooting and killing Anthony Logan on Cambridge Drive in 2012. He had been on the run for more than a week when he turned himself in to the receptionist at LEX 18.

Bailey claimed he had shot Logan in self-defense and had been on the run from police before calmly turning himself in.
The jury found Bailey guilty of murder Thursday and recommended a sentence of 30 years.
