A Warren County substitute teacher is accused of inappropriately contacting a student.
52-year-old Kenneth Hart was substituting at a Richardsville Elementary at the time of the alleged incident.

Hart has been indicted by the grand jury on four counts of sexual abuse first degree and was arrested on April 20, 2015.
The investigation is still on going.
