There has been an arrest in a Pulaski County fatal collision.
Science Hill Chief of Police, Robby Gossett, says 21-year-old James Harmon was arrested yesterday and charged with murder.
Gossett says that on Sunday night Sandra Drury, 67, was heading to church and was about a quarter mile away when 21- year-old James Harmon believed to be drunk was heading southbound on Stanford Street and was going around the corner and slid into oncoming traffic.

He hit Drury head on and she was pronounced dead later that afternoon at UK hospital.
Chief says he was going to charge him with DUI later that afternoon but didn’t. Harmon was transported to Lake Cumberland and then taken to UK hospital. Chief says Harmon left UK Medical Center after a nurse told him that the woman died and left before the Chief could the warrant out on him.
Harmon will appear in court on the charges Friday afternoon.
