Saratoga Springs police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old woman who was last seen leaving a group home on the west side of the city by herself at around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Police issued a missing person bulletin Thursday afternoon for Samantha Bowe, a 16-year-old they described as having local ties.
“Foul play is not suspected, however, friends and family are concerned for her welfare,” police said in a statement.

Bowe stands about 5-feet 4-inches and has brown eyes and long, brown, somewhat curly hair. She has several piercings in each ear and a hoop earring on the right side of her nose, according to police. Bowe was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans, beige sandals and a white jacket.
