The verdict is in from a Lexington murder case resulting from the death of a 16-year-old Henry Clay High School student.

It’s a split decision. The jury found Deionta Hayes guilty on all counts, but acquitted Dominique Godfrey. The two were charged in the shooting death of Chaz Black during a 2012 robbery. The penalty phase begins tomorrow.
