The Kentucky man charged with homicide after a deadly crash in Tennessee now faces a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
Police say that Laurel County Native, Benjamin Brewer, was high on meth when he hit eight cars on I-75 in Chattanooga, leaving six people dead.

Brewer was later indicted and arrested in Lexington.
Almost three months after the crash, Brewer faced the charges in court on Friday.
Brewer and the Kentucky trucking company he worked for are now being sued by a survivor of the crash for 13 million dollars.
