Bowling Green Police are looking for a missing woman. Tah Tar, 24, was last seen wearing a brown scarf, a brown jacket and black pants.
She was last seen on Valleybrook Avenue around 8:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Police say she has severe mental issues and does not speak English.
