A Garrard County man has been charged with sexually abusing his young cousin.
Lexington Police have charged Jonathan Christopher Cook, 21, with sodomy and sexual abuse of a female under the age of 12 years-old. Police say the victim was Cook’s cousin.

Police say Cook admitted to sexual contact with the victim.
Cook will be arraigned on Monday.
