The man accused of killing several people in a Clay County crash just before Christmas will  have his case taken to a grand jury.

Troopers say Gibson was driving his pick-up truck on Hal Rogers Parkway when he crossed the center line and hit Judy Pennington Adams head on. Pennington Adams, Charlene Lewis and Tiffany Williams were pronounced dead at the scene. Williams was eight months pregnant.

William’s two-year-old son Kyson died later at UK Hospital.

Gibson’s bond was set at $250,000 cash.

Nearly three rows in the courtroom were filled with family members of the victims. The daughter of victim Charlene Lewis spoke to LEX 18 News saying they were unable to celebrate Christmas after receiving such devastating news.

Gibson will have his next court appearance on February 1, 2016
