A Golden Alert has been issued in Whitley County for a 32-year-old man.
According to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Jonathan Ray Hubbard. Hubbard suffers from schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder and requires medication. He could possible be en route to Clay County.

Hubbard is a white male, 5’8 and weighs 185 pounds.He was last seen wearing camo overalls, a gray hooded jacket, plaid shirt and a brown cap.
