Winchester Police are searching for a man who set fire to a police cruiser.
The incident occurred on Broadway near Burns Street Monday night. Two witnesses saw a green four door passenger car stop, then watched as a man threw a bottle with accelerant through the back window.
The cruiser immediately caught fire, but the damage was contained thanks to the two witnesses calling 911 right as it happened.

The cruiser was a pool car, meaning it didn’t belong to one particular officer. Police say the ATF is also investigating. A reward is offered for anyone who can lead the police to the suspect.
