Four people are charged with sexually assaulting two children in several areas across Horry County.
The four people charged are: Lindsey D. Honeycutt, 29, of Myrtle Beach; Ambrose E. Heavener, 30, of Conway; Panteleimon N. Spirakis, 55, of Myrtle Beach; and Anthony L. Strickland, 45, of Myrtle Beach.
Honeycutt and Heavener are charged with criminal sexual conduct with minor in the first degree, sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree, engaging a child for sexual performance and incest.

Spirakis and Strickland are charged with criminal sexual conduct with minor in the first degree, sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree, and engaging a child for sexual performance.
On Jan. 25, Horry County police were told of a sexual assault to children that occurred in the county but was reported elsewhere, according to Lt. Mark Bonner.
The children have been placed with a guardian by the N.C. Department of Social Services, Bonner said.
An unnamed witness told police she had been providing counseling to the two 4-year-old victims – a male and female from Tabor City, N.C. – since May 1 after an N.C. DSS investigation found the victims were being forced to have sex with their siblings and other family members, according the a police report. A forensic interview in N.C. suggested the victims needed trauma focused therapy, the report said.
From May 1 to Jan. 10, 2016, the victims provided “very little information at a time during the therapy sessions” about the abuse, the report said. On Jan. 11, both victims said their family members “force them to have sex with their siblings and each other.”
The victims also said their family members would have sex with the victims and would make the female victim have sex with Spirakis, according to the report.
Some of the assaults possibly occurred at what the victims called “the dance club,” which was later identified as Chez Joey, a strip club located at 716 Seaboard St. in Myrtle Beach.
The victims said Lindsey Honeycutt, worked as a dancer at Chez Joey and would bring the victims with her “until she gets off” work, police said. Spirakis and Strickland are accused of sexually abusing the victims as well, police said.
On Feb. 24, the victims told police there were multiple locations of the sexual assaults. The locations are: 407 Queens Rd. in Myrtle Beach; 808 48th Ave. N. in Myrtle Beach; and at Chez Joey in Myrtle Beach, according to arrest warrants.
The Queens Road residence is registered to a Peter Spirakis, who is related to Panteleimon Spirakis, according to property records. The 48th Avenue North address is registered to Strickland, according to records.
On Tuesday Horry County police – along with several other jurisdictions – arrested the four suspects. All are being held at J. Reuben Detention Center awaiting bond.
The investigation is ongoing, Bonner said.
Spirakis was arrested and charged in 2008 for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old girl for three years. He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2010, but that sentence was suspended to two years in prison and five years on probation, according to court records.
Spirakis is the owner of Phil’s Lock & Key on U.S. 17 Business.
Honeycutt was jailed four separate times in 2015 for possession of marijuana, filing a false police report and violating probation, according to jail records.
Heavener was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in N.C. in 2014, according to court records.
