Wrongful Death Two Bodies Discovered Burned Near Abandoned Louisville Home

Louisville Police are investigating a double homicide in the city’s Shawnee neighborhood.

According to our sister station, WAVE 3 News, a neighbor discovered the bodies of two young men, possibly teenagers, badly burned and propped up against an abandoned home.

Investigators on scene did not release much information but are currently trying to identify who the victims are. Neighbors in the area are also piecing together what they think could have happened.

“It seems like they were tortured and burned so evidence wouldn’t be found. And this is really scary, because this is a new height of crime,” a neighbor told WAVE 3 reporters.

A makeshift memorial has been established at the scene.  Neighbors have gathered together to clean up the home where the bodies were found.

There is no word on any suspects at this time. Police have released sketches of the victims
