They claim they won $250,000 but now a scratch ticket someone tried to “cash-in” on is coming under scrutiny.
The instant scratch ticket was turned in at the Storm Lake lottery office June 17th.

Agents from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are assisting the Iowa Lottery in reviewing the claim.
The $250,000 prize has not been paid at this time.
