Accident Reconstruction Teen Killed in Washington County Crash

Kentucky State Police confirm that a 16-year-old girl was killed in a Washington County collision Monday.

KSP says that 42-year-old Holly Horton, of Harrodsburg, was driving a Hyundai westbound on KY 1754.  They say she failed to stop at an intersection and pulled into the path of a northbound Nissan driven by  42-year-old Christopher Mattingly, of Shelbyville. Mattingly’s vehicle collided with the rear driver side of the Hyundai.
