A guilty plea was announced in the case of a former medical technician who told police he injected a nursing home patient with a lethal dose of insulin.
Attorney General Andy Beshear and Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney made the announcement on Friday.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, 36-year-old David T. Satterfield intentionally injected 86-year-old Marcelline Vale with a fatal dose of insulin in 2007.
