The defense attorney for the pastor accused in a triple murder wants an evidence suppression hearing.
On September 20, 2013, Danville Police say Kenneth Allen Keith walked into ABC Gold, Games And More in Danville and shot the owners, Mike and Angela Hockensmith, as well as their client, Daniel Smith. The crime occurred while the Hockensmiths’ two children hid inside.

Keith’s attorney wants to suppress evidence from four searches that were done during the investigation. The judge granted the hearing which will be held December 15.
Keith has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder. His attorney left without making a statement.
