A man has been arrested in Madison County after police say he was caught on camera setting fire to an apartment.
Richmond Police said 37-year-old Mark Bush broke into a Robinson Terrace apartment on Wednesday. They say video footage shows Bush starting a fire, then running off when the woman who lived there came home to find both Bush and the fire.

Police said the woman knew Bush and was able to identify him.
Police say at least six others were inside the apartment complex at the time of the fire.
Bush is charged with arson, burglary, and wanton endangerment.
