Four people are dead after a crash in Caldwell county over the weekend.
Kentucky State Police says Thomas Hughes, 66, was driving on I-69 when he lost control of his car and hit an oncoming SUV.
Hughes, the driver of the SUV, Raymond Vilvens, 73, and two passengers were all killed in the crash.

Those two passengers were Carolyn Vilvens, 69, and Linda Franz, 65.
A third passenger from the SUV had to be taken to the hospital for their injuries.
It’s still not clear what caused Hughes to lose control of his car.
