Three men have been indicted in connection to the death of 15-year-old Trinity Gay outside of a Lexington restaurant.
The three suspects were indicted this week, after being previously identified and charged as part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal shooting that occurred Sunday, October 16 outside the Cook Out restaurant.
Chazerae M. Taylor was indicted on four counts of wanton endangerment and one count of wanton murder for his role in creating the environment that ultimately led to the death of 15-year-old Trinity Gay.

Lamonte Williams was indicted on four counts of wanton endangerment and D’Markeo Taylor was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment.
The indictments were served Thursday afternoon. A fourth individual in this case, Dvonta Middlebrooks, has been lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center since his arrest on October 16 for wanton endangerment.
All four were only initially charged with wanton endangerment.
15-year-old Gay was a student athlete at Lafayette High School.
