The second crash was Monday near Magoffin and Morgan County line.

That two-vehicle crash occurred near the 67 mile marker in the Salyersville community. State Police say that Thomas Clawson was traveling westbound when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the oncoming lane where he collided with an eastbound vehicle. The 57-year-old from Lebanon, Ohio was pronounced dead at the scene.

State Police say that Berry and Clawson were wearing seatbelts.  Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in either collision.
