Tucker is the nephew of 66-year-old Lester Parker. Lester Parker was arrested in December in connection with the case. WLWT says that he owns the home that burned down on December 28, 2015.
Firefighter Patrick Wolterman ran inside the burning home thinking that two people were trapped inside.
Wolterman died from smoke inhalation after falling through the first floor.
