Before the fatal crash, Whitlow had completed a month of court-ordered DUI classes for another DUI charge.

Before that charge, Whitlow also pleaded guilty to felony forgery and shoplifting.

After the crash, Whitlow was in the hospital for injuries she sustained.

In December of last year, her attorney pleaded not guilty on her behalf.
