Lexington Police are investigating after a man allegedly pulled a woman into a bathroom stall at a McDonald’s restaurant Tuesday afternoon and flashed her.
The incident happened just before three Tuesday afternoon, at a McDonald’s on Winchester Road. The victim told police the man forced her into a bathroom stall and pulled his pants down, but she was then able to escape when another person came into the bathroom. The suspect then fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a black man about 5-foot-7, bald with a stocky build.
Police say the suspect faces indecent exposure and harassment charges.
