Sandy Springs Police arrested 29-year old Fernando Arriola-Lobo of Cedar Run in Sandy Springs, Thursday, following complaints of a man exposing himself to middle school students walking to school.
Detectives learned that Arriola-Lobo, who was employed by the Azalea Park Apartments as a maintenance employee, accessed a vacant apartment building that was within view of the sidewalk along North River Drive, commonly used by students who walked to the nearby Sandy Springs Middle School. While in the apartment, Arriola-Lobo exposed himself to female students from a window as the students walked pass the vacant apartment.

Just before 8 a.m., they witnessed and photographed a man, later identified as Arriola-Lobo, as he exposed himself to several female students as they walked past the apartment.
When the detectives converged on the apartment, the suspect was gone. A detective later noticed a man and a pickup truck who were seen near the incident area prior to and then just after the incident. The man was detained and questioned about the incident. He was arrested a short time later after admitting to exposing himself to the students.
Fernando Arriola-Lobo is charged with six counts of Public Indecency and six counts of Child Molestation. He is in the Fulton County Jail and has no bond at this time.
