TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) — A missing Shawnee County man has been located.
Shawnee County Sheriff’s Deputies say Thomas J. Adkins, 20, was found Wednesday afternoon (8/22), by a staff member of S and L Ranch Day and Residential Services.
The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance in locating him Wednesday morning, saying the man walked away from an adult service provider for subjects with disabilities.

Deputies said Adkins was last seen on August 20th, at approximately 6pm, in the 6600 block of SW 85th St. At that time, he was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
