A Spencer County sex offender is accused of mooning a school bus full of children on two consecutive days.
Investigators say 37-year-old Michael Lewis stood in his yard on Isaac Way in Taylorsville and mooned a school bus carrying children.

Lewis was first arrested on August 15 and charged before being released. He allegedly committed the same crime the very next day.
Lewis is a convicted sex offender on a case out of New Jersey. He faces multiple charges including disorderly conduct, terroristic threatening, and indecent exposure.
