A central Kentucky woman currently living in Texas has been arrested after a disturbing discovery involving three of her children.
Abilene Police tell LEX 18 that Tiffany Klapheke, 21, has been charged after one of her daughters was found dead and another had serious bodily injuries.
The biological sister of Klapheke, who was adopted, confirmed to LEX 18 that she is from Georgetown. Her husband, Thomas, is from Lexington and is in the Air Force stationed at Dyess Air Force base, but is currently deployed.

Tiffany Klapheke called police from her home on the base. When Abilene police arrived, they say they found an unresponsive 22-month-old, who was taken to a hospital, where she died.
Detectives say two other female children, ages six months and three years, were also in the home. One of them had serious bodily injuries and both were flown to a Fort Worth hospital.
Abilene Police say that the injuries and death may be related to severe neglect.
